Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases made directly at softmetricskin.com.

Final sales

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with individual results. This applies to both opened and unopened products, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or has a defect, email softmetricskin@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please report visible delivery damage or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery where possible.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging, and lot number to help assess the issue. Please retain these items until your request is resolved.

For a confirmed problem, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or a refund, as appropriate and subject to your rights under applicable law.

We normally resolve these issues without requiring a physical return. If we need an item returned for investigation, we will provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Please do not mail merchandise back without contacting us first.

Missing orders

If your order has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Confirmed lost shipments will be resolved with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears.

Refunds for damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered items include applicable taxes and any shipping charges attributable to those items.

Order cancellations

Email us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We will accommodate requests where possible before shipment. This does not limit any cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights concerning defective, misdescribed, or undelivered goods, or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
