1. About these Terms
This website, softmetricskin.com, is operated by Soft Metric LLC (“Soft Metric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases made directly through it.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the purchase policies identified below. Purchases through other marketplaces are subject to those marketplaces’ applicable purchase policies.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform. Soft Metric LLC is the seller of the products offered on this website.
2. Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or make purchases with the authorization and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

3. Product information and use
Our products are cosmetic skincare products. Use them only as directed on the product label and follow all warnings and precautions.

4. Prices, payment, and orders
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment.
We may change prices and promotions for future purchases. Such changes do not alter the agreed price of an existing accepted order.
An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. Where permitted by law, we may decline or cancel an order because of product unavailability, a material pricing error, suspected fraud, or another legitimate reason that prevents fulfillment.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the canceled items, including applicable taxes and shipping charges. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.
5. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship within the continental United States. In-stock orders are dispatched within three business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays, unless a different schedule is disclosed before purchase.
Carrier transit time is additional to processing time. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.

6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered orders are addressed under our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes your rights concerning such orders.
